Deciding your counselling journey, is an important decision.
It is therefore important, you choose someone that feels right for you. I
therefore offer an assessment session at a reduced rate of £40 for an hour.
This gives you an opportunity exploring what brings you to Counselling,
allowing me informing you the ‘nuts and bolts’ of our Therapeutic relationship,
including our boundaries, as well as confidentiality, providing us both our
safety requirements and you are welcome to ask any questions for my
clarification during the session. The assessment session also allows us
exploring whether we feel right working together. I will then, contact you
within three days of the assessment and should you decide, I am the right
person to support you, I shall offer you time availability that suits you and
will continue seeing you weekly for a fee of £60 per hour .
Types of clients : Adults and Older Adults, as well as Families facing challenging illnesses.
